Rules for using Beyond the CA Books — the free CA student community in Bangladesh for study partners, used CA books, notes, games, and study tracking.
By using beyondthecabooks.com you agree to these Terms of Service. Beyond the CA Books is a free desk for Chartered Accountancy (CA) students in Bangladesh. Please use it lawfully, kindly, and in line with community guidelines.
The service
Beyond the CA Books offers StudyTracker, StudyTogether, BookSwap, Games, and ResourceShelf so CA students can log hours, find study partners, pass used manuals to the next batch, play a short daily CA game, and open approved notes. Features may change as the community grows.
Accounts
Accounts are personal. You are responsible for what you post, message, list, or upload. Keep your login details private. Do not create accounts to spam, harass, impersonate, or scrape the community.
BookSwap and member listings
BookSwap listings are posted by members, not by Beyond the CA Books. We do not verify items, prices, condition, or sellers, and we are not a party to any handover or payment between students. Arrange exchanges carefully. The site is a community board, not an online shop or payment processor.
StudyTogether, notes, and games
StudyTogether matches and messages are between students. ResourceShelf materials must respect copyright and exam rules — share only what you are allowed to share. Games and StudyTracker are provided to support study habits; they are not official exam results or institute records.
Acceptable use
Do not post illegal content, exam malpractice materials, hate, threats, or misleading listings. Do not attempt to break security, overload the service, or harvest member data. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
Availability
The site is provided as is. We work to keep Beyond the CA Books online for CA students across Bangladesh, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Beyond the CA Books and its team are not liable for disputes between members, losses from book handovers, reliance on shared notes, or temporary downtime. Use your judgment — especially for study partners and BookSwap meetups.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. The current version will be published on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
